KCSE 2017 Results Performance

Naomi Karimi Kawira from Pangani Girls is the  2017 KSCE top candidate with a mean score of 87.011 points while Sharon Chepchumba from Moi girls is second best with 86.83 points. 142 students score  plain A's while 2,714 others had a mean grade of A-minus. The CS said there was a notable improvement in the 2017 KCSE results as compared to 2016 ones where 141 candidates scored grade A.  He noted that female candidates performed better than male ones in this year’s KCSE.

How Social Media Post On Exam Leakage Landed Kenyan Primary School Teacher in Court

A primary school teacher found himself behind bars for bragging on social media that he leaked last year's Kenya Certificate of Primary Education examination papers.

A witness told a Wundanyi court that Jackson Sais Mganga later claimed that his posting was a joke and he did not mean it.



Police in Rongo have arrested a man alleged to have been peddling fake KCPE Exam Papers to schools and residents.

Geoffrey Ngonje a teacher at Alpha Academy was arrested after ANOTHER teacher informed the police. According to Rongo OCPD Jonathan Kisaka, Ngoje, who has been selling the papers at 2,000 shilllings per exam, was caught trying to persuade a student to have her parent buy a fake English paper.
